Healing is Possible,
Even If It Doesn’t Feel That Way Right Now
If you grew up in a chaotic, neglectful, or emotionally unpredictable home, or if you’ve struggled with anxiety, addiction, or relationships that never quite feel safe, there’s nothing wrong with you. You’re carrying the weight of unprocessed pain. But healing is real. With the
right support, you can feel safe, connected, and at home in your inside yourself.

About Me
I’m Ewan, a trauma therapist with both lived and clinical experience. My approach is grounded in compassion, presence, and the belief that people can and do change with the right support.
I’m trained in trauma-informed care, somatic modalities (including the Safe and Sound Protocol), and Gestalt Therapy. My own journey of recovery, from childhood trauma and addiction—deeply informs my work. I’m also a parent by adoption, and I understand the long, often non-linear path of healing.

My Approach
Somatic Practices:
Trauma lives in the body. We’ll use gentle body awareness, Safe and Sound Protocol, and nervous system regulation to build resilience.
Attachment Repair:
Restore your capacity for safe connection—starting with our therapeutic relationship.
Mindfulness:
Learn to be with yourself gently, so you can befriend your inner world instead of fearing or numbing it.
Gestalt Informed:
Focus on the present moment and authentic connection—no scripts or diagnoses as barriers.
Inner Reparenting:
Build the care, protection, and kindness you needed as a child, within yourself.
